    We offer several different membership options based on individual needs and budget. We offer a FREE consultation so that you can come in and find out what would work best for you!

  • What is the Transformation Challenge?

    The Transformation Challenge is a unique and coveted program we offer both to members and non-members that is focused on three main pillars of success: (1) Fitness (2) Nutrition and (3) Accountability. We give each challenger access to at least (3) exercise sessions/week, a personalized meal plan (complete with a grocery helper and eating-out guide) and a personal accountability coach that will keep you on track to meet your goals! This program has everything you need to succeed (and more!). Because of the individualized nature of this program, we can only accept a certain number of applicants at a given time.   • How do I sign up?

    Simply click on the location you are interested in joining below and enter your information! We will take care of the rest!

  • What type of workouts can I expect?

    Coach-led, high-intensity full body workouts that are designed to build muscle and burn fat as well as tone problem areas with an emphasis on mobility and flexibility

  • How big are the classes?

    This will vary by location but essentially, each class will have approx. 20 participants to allow the coach to provide personalized attention and instruction to each person

  • What is a MyZone & How will it help my experience at Revolution Bootcamp?

    Myzone is an innovative wearable heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. It monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that convert into Myzone Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness. At Revolution Bootcamp, we will use MyZones in group classes to foster healthy, friendly competition which will accelerate individual performance and results. A MyZone is certainly not required, but simply a tool we use to help you stay on track with your weightloss/fitness goals!
