The Revolution Bootcamp workout was created to address your entire body in one action packed, results driven workout. Forget the long boring cardio and weight lifting workouts of the past! Our workouts are fast paced, fun, and full of different activities that burn fat while also building muscle to get you in the best shape of your life.

At Revolution, you’ll do a different workout every time you come. We change up your workout routine to keep you mentally engaged and excited about coming to the gym, but also to create muscle confusion. This in turn will increase stimulation and push your muscles to adapt to new movements which is the key to transforming your body quickly. But we didn’t just make this up, there’s actually a science to it.

The Science Behind the Workout

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT (aka High Intensity Interval Training) is proven to produce results. Not only does it burn fat more effectively than traditional cardio workouts, but it also stimulates muscle to create that long lean look you’re looking for. So what exactly is HIIT? It’s alternating between short, intense bursts of activity with rest periods or less intense movements in between. This type of workout will enhance your strength and endurance, but most importantly, it produces an “afterburn” effect. That means even after your workout is over, you’ll continue to burn calories.

MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning)

In addition to HIIT we also incorporate metabolic conditioning into our workouts. This means longer stretches of intense activity followed by little to no rest between sets. These challenging sets of activity require all of your energy at once and can be intense, but are well worth it. MetCon is so effective it cuts your workout time in half! Plus, metabolic conditioning will kick start your metabolism and increase energy levels by breaking down carbohydrates in the body. You can expect your metabolic rate to increase up to 25% after a workout.

The RBC Workout

The RBC workout produces the physical results you want, but also improves your overall health and wellbeing. We want you to be fit from the inside out – so we designed our workout to do just that.
